Austria: Can Smart Contracts be Nullified?

As was mentioned previously, there is no legal term for a smart contract. Assuming that smart contract is computer code that is capable of monitoring, executing and enforcing a legal agreement, it might be nullified by executing platform after court’s decision (Administrative Court or Austrian Supreme Court), as traditional forms of contracts.
